What keeps you coming back for more?
The challenges and seeing the improvements.
What achievements are you most proud of?
Winning the European Masters this year.
How has the Open / Qualifiers been for you?
Was super fun loved it. Made a rookie mistake cause I didn’t know the result from the open would carry through to the AGOQ so I lost quite some places due to that 😦
Lesson learnt for next year though
What are your strengths?
Gymnastics and Deadlift … love deadlifts 🙂
What are your weaknesses?
To be honest more than any movements I have to say its my diet. I’m terrible at eating and don’t really like it, apart from being vegetarian and finding it hard to reach my macros at the end of the day.
What are your goals for 2017 now the Open is over?
My diet ….. 🙂
Who does your programming?
My coach Carlos Miguel ( The Charlie Program )
Can we find you on social media?

ZMA and Melatonin – perfect for muscle relaxing and sending me to sleep
What’s always in your kitbag?
What advice would you give to a Master just starting out in CrossFit?
Listen to your body and go at your own pace.
What’s the key to effective recovery for you?
8 hours sleep
If it’s possible, it’s done, if it’s impossible we gonna do it
What would you advise CrossFitters to stop doing?
Comparing themselves to others rather than focusing on their own goals.
What should they start (if they aren’t already!)?
