Here is our weekly “5-Bullet Friday”; a list of CF related stuff we’re enjoying or pondering here at MtB. As often as we can, we’ll bring you a guest Master who’ll share their “5 bullets”.
…Interviews with Masters done by the Facebook group ‘CF Masters’. Aimed at the “average” Crossfitter, the first one focuses on how to prep for the 2018 Open and is with Games veteran Del Lafountain. Del, 60, started CrossFit in 2009. He is a three-time Games athlete and owns South Tahoe Crossfit. He has coached multiple athletes in the AGOQ and the Games. This year his goal is to be on the podium in his new age group and he has some great advice.

Hench Porridge. We’ve just finished the last tub of our favourite breakfast. Good job we’re heading to the Rainhill Trials this Sunday to stock back up. Absolutely love the Caramel and Toffee Apple flavours and they’re working on new ones as we speak.

… the release of Tim Ferris’ new book, Tribe of Mentors (21.11.17). There’s always something you pick up from Tim’s books and his last one – Tools of Titans – got us taking cold showers and keeping a journal. We nicked the idea of ‘5-Bullet Friday’ from him. His latest book is a collection of answers to questions he sent out by e-mail to the ‘best in the world’ at what they do. Sound familiar?
